Dr Tow Lim graduated from University College, University of London in 1989. He trained in Ophthalmology at the University Hospital in Nottingham before migrating to Australia in 1996. Dr Lim completed his ophthalmology training at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital (RVEEH) in 2001.

Dr Lim now practices as a general ophthalmologist with a special interest in cataract surgery. He also performs eyelid surgery, laser treatments and medical conditions requiring Botulinum toxin injections. Dr Lim manages conditions such as Glaucoma and Macular Degeneration as well Diabetic Eye Disease. He operates at Victoria Parade Surgery Centre in East Melbourne.
